I used to get exposed in AAU Basketball tournaments…I couldn’t dribble and I was too slow. But then, things started to change.
I got a lot quicker, and my ball-handling and dribbling took off. I went from “scrub AAU basketball player” to “stud AAU basketball player”, in a span of maybe a couple months.
How? Truthfully, it wasn’t anything magical or super-special. It was mainly all the things you’ll find in The Effective Ball-Handling Program.
